Using Zalmi
Zalmi provides tools to configure website AI chatbots, add knowledge, test responses and handle human conversations. You should have permission to import website content and to process visitor data using the product.
AI and human review
Automatically generated answers can be incomplete or inaccurate. Site operators should test responses, review knowledge and provide appropriate human escalation.
Access tiers and payments
Free, Starter, Pro and Agency tiers are represented in the app, but paid subscriptions, invoices and online payment processing are not connected. This page does not create a payment contract.
Legal terms requiring approval
Service operator identity, applicable law, acceptable use, warranties, dispute resolution and billing obligations must be finalized before these become a binding public agreement.
